Angela Ingendaay, MD has been a holistic physician for 20 years and has an active practice, Helios Integrative Medicine in Grass Valley, CA. She became board certified in Internal Medicine in 1995 and in Holistic Integrative Medicine in 2012.

She integrates Eastern and Western medical traditions. She now practices primarily Five-Element Archetypal Acupuncture, as it enables her to touch that core intelligence in a person that can promote their own healing. She founded the Helios for Wellness Academy to further support the innate ability to be well that resides in everyone.
